Our set time for daily food consumption will be12PM and 8PM. Intermittent fasting will take place between 8:01PM-11:59AM daily. This period of fasting will not focus as much on WHAT you eat but WHEN you eat.

So, get your journals ready to document your daily prayers, confessions, and positive affirmations! There is power in the words we speak! We have declared 2025 to be our ‘Year of Manifestation!’ Now is the time to see it happen for YOU! 

Throughout this 14 Days, we will engage in the power of agreement, sisterhood, accountability, and ultimately witness the manifestation of transformation for the better in our lives.
