New Members Department

TO WELCOME NEW MEMBERS AND THOSE WHO HAVE JUST RECEIEVED CHRIST AS LORD AND SAVIOR INTO OUR FELLOWSHIP AND FAMILY BY FACILITATIING THE ENTIRE INTAKE PROCESS WITH JOY, PATIENCE, AND A SPIRIT OF EXELLENCE.

What this involves?

· Making each person feel welcomed at KCC.

· Preparing all New Membership materials, inventory, and setting the Intake Room appropriately for the arrival of New Members.

· Escorting New Members from the Sanctuary to the Intake Room.

· Welcoming New Members into the Intake Room and seating them in an orderly fashion.

· Welcoming New Members with joy, patience, and a spirit of excellence.

· Assisting New Members with the accurate completion of all Covenant Connection documents/baptism information.

· Leading New Members in the Plan of Salvation (Ministerial Role) 

· Facilitating the New Member Picture Taking Process 

· Facilitating Offering Process

· Facilitating Communion Distribution (1st Sundays Only)

· Give Date and Time for the next Starting Point/New Members Orientation

· Offer Prayer for those who special request it.

What skills are desirable?
