TO CREATE AN ENVIORMENT THAT IS WARM, INVITING AND INCLUSIVE FOR ALL PARISHIONERS. TO ESTABLISH A CULTURE THROUGHOUT THE CHURCH THAT MAKES COVENANT CONNECTION EASY.

What this involves?

· Making each person feel welcomed at KCC

· Saying hello to people before church

· Saying goodbye to people after church

· Assisting with information and wayfinding

· Giving people information about the church and helping them to fill out Connection Cards

· Helping people navigate throughout the church giving assistance wherever needed

· Working with the executive staff and member services to ensure key materials about the church, events, serving and giving have high visibility and are easily accessible

What skills are desirable?
