TO BE AN VISIBLE/INVISIBLE UNIT THAT DRIVES SEAMLESS TECHNICAL RUNNING AND SWIFT, CREATIVE PROBLEM SOLVING

What this involves?

Audio/Visual

· Front of House sound mixing

· Line checking and sound equalizing

· Live feed mixing

· Maintaining legal and balanced mixes, according to the Church’s signature sound

· Maintaining and developing a fully-functional and responsive system, checking all cabling is operative and batteries for microphones are charged

· Problem-solving any issues that may arise

· Mainstreaming set up, and production of all video presentations for worship/seminars/training sessions

· Setting up equipment

· Packing down equipment

· Creating appropriate and enhancing lighting environments during worship

· Controlling lighting environment transitions between worship, speaking and video clips

· Maintaining and developing a fully-functional and responsive system

Photography

· Capturing images that display the energy, enthusiasm, and essence of the Church

· Creating innovative ways to platform the church for mainstream media

· Cultivating a spirit of excellence without being a distraction to worshippers 

· Assisting the New Members Department in welcoming new members into the church and securing photos for church database

· Problem-solving any issues that may arise

· Setting up equipment 

· Packing down equipment

Social Media

· Capturing images/videos that display the energy, enthusiasm, and essence of the Church

· Creating innovative ways to platform the church for mainstream media

· Cultivating a spirit of excellence without being a distraction to worshippers 

· Assisting the Photography Team in showcasing the churches strengths at all times.

· To manage the church’s social media accounts with integrity, and a spirit of excellence

· To creatively expand the market of the ministry, and to submit creative ideas for fostering a wider following 

· Problem-solving any issues that may arise

DAJ2 Ministries

· Capturing images/videos that display the energy, enthusiasm, and essence of 

· To serve with a spirit of excellence at all mainstream DAJ2 Ministry Events, speaking engagements, conferences, and worship services.

· Set Up/Tear Down of DAJ2 Ministry tables, and display kits

· Work with Photography Team to showcase Pastor J’s sermons quotes, IG/Facebook posts.

· To creatively expand the market of the DAJ2 Ministries, and to submit creative ideas for fostering a wider following 

· To market, and manage the sale of cd’s, books, and ministry product at all mainstream DAJ2 Ministries events, speaking engagements, conferences, and worship services.

· Problem-solving any issues that may arise
